Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
The Warehouse Material Handler plays a critical role in supporting repair and test operations by ensuring accurate movement, storage, and handling of electronic equipment and materials within the facility. This role supports production flow, inventory accuracy, and safety standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Attention to detail, care with product handling, and adherence to quality and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) standards are essential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels.
- Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production.
- Enter data into systems via PC.
- Perform tasks in a high-speed, high-volume environment.
- Meet or exceed daily production goals at 80% or higher.
- Put away and pull equipment and/or parts.
- Maintain a clean, organized work station.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and climate-controlled, located in Richmond, VA. The facility operates Thursday through Sunday with varying shift times: 1st Shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Mid Shift from 11:00am to 7:30pm, and Evening Shift from 1:00pm to 9:30pm
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.97 - $17.97/hr.
