Role Summary
The Product Manager, Trust & Assurance will own critical systems that define how secure, reliable, and auditable the platform operates. Based in Los Angeles, CA, this position plays a key role in shaping foundational product capabilities that directly impact enterprise adoption and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy for identity, access management, and permissions frameworks
- Develop guardrails and approval workflows that govern system actions and enforce responsible usage
- Build and manage audit and traceability features, ensuring complete visibility into system behavior and user interactions
- Lead the development of evaluation and monitoring tools that validate system performance and consistency over time
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into scalable, productized solutions
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership to drive product direction and execution
- Establish frameworks for secure deployment across various environments, including restricted or isolated systems
- Drive roadmap prioritization for trust and assurance features that influence enterprise adoption
- Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and progress clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
