Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm | $17.00
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM | $18.70/hr (includes 10% shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM | $19.55/hr (includes 15% shift differential)

What You’ll Do

• Load metal rods into various machines (requires bending, lifting, and standing)
• Operate machinery used in the manufacturing of medical components
• Package medical device products in a cleanroom environment
• Operate labeling and packaging equipment
• Transfer finished product to the quality control department
• Support general packaging and production tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stand for an entire 8‑hour shift
• Comfortable working in a loud, fast‑paced, and sometimes dirty industrial environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn, be cross‑trained, and grow within the company

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Monument, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
