Job Description
Join our warehouse team as a Picker & Packer, responsible for accurately packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and pack products according to packing lists and customer orders.
- Weigh, tape, and label boxes accurately for shipment.
- Palletize completed orders and prepare them for delivery.
- Rotate between packing, labeling, and palletizing duties as needed.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity while meeting shipping deadlines.
- Follow all safety guidelines, work instructions, and warehouse procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and handling materials safely.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and material handling activities.
- Team-oriented warehouse setting.
- Required PPE: Steel-toed boots, safety glasses/eye protection, and hearing protection.
- Active role involving standing, packing, labeling, and palletizing throughout the shift.
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Days: Sunday – Thursday
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.70 - $20.70/hr.
