Picker & PackerPicker & Packer – 3rd Shift Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to join our warehouse team on 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday). This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products according to packing lists and customer orders.
• Weigh, tape, and label boxes accurately for shipment.
• Palletize completed orders and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Rotate between packing, labeling, and palletizing tasks as needed.
• Ensure order accuracy and meet daily productivity goals.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Assist with material handling and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or related experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials safely.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and material handling activities.
• Ability to work in a physically active warehouse setting.

Work Environment

• Team-oriented warehouse environment.
• Required PPE includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses/eye protection, and hearing protection.
• Active role involving packing, labeling, palletizing, and material handling throughout the shift.
• Safety-focused workplace with an emphasis on teamwork and efficiency.

• Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Days: Sunday – Thursday

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $20.70/hr.
