Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to join our warehouse team on 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday). This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and pack products according to packing lists and customer orders.
- Weigh, tape, and label boxes accurately for shipment.
- Palletize completed orders and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Rotate between packing, labeling, and palletizing tasks as needed.
- Ensure order accuracy and meet daily productivity goals.
- Follow all warehouse procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Assist with material handling and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or related experience.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials safely.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and material handling activities.
- Ability to work in a physically active warehouse setting.
- Team-oriented warehouse environment.
- Required PPE includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses/eye protection, and hearing protection.
- Active role involving packing, labeling, palletizing, and material handling throughout the shift.
- Safety-focused workplace with an emphasis on teamwork and efficiency.

- Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Days: Sunday – Thursday

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.70 - $20.70/hr.
