Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Our child will be 1 years old in November. Both parents are physicians working in the hospital at University of Michigan with variable schedules (planned in advance) but generally with days starting as early as 6 a.m. and going until 6-7 p.m. at times. We are open to multiple care givers to cover the needs. We are vegetarian and do not eat eggs or alliums due to religious reasons. We do not have pets.
