Housekeeper Needed

Im having spinal surgery 29 July so I need someone once a month from July until December. Deep dusting, deep vacuuming, deep cleaning I wantsomebody that can see that theres something that needs to be done and does it or ask me is it OK I dont want somebody thats come in here and look all around and flip-flop dust over and stuff. Still be a mess. Im not a really fussy person at all, but I really need my house cleaned. My husband tries, but he fails miserably.
