House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a professional organizer to help me and my kids get mainly their rooms and bathrooms organized for easy maintenance moving forward. We are having a difficult time with the kids listening to us (probably because it's like the blind leading the blind) and with limited time to dedicate to the initial task we are hoping getting outside help will be the best way forward. Kids ages are (13 yo girl & 16 yo boy). We are undergoing a large renovation to our kitchen/main floor area and I would also be interested in help organizing our new walk in pantry and kitchen space.
