Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC (60-90 days) FT for 6 months with the option to extend. Open to 5x8's, 4x10's, or 3x12's (may not be able to guarantee consecutive shifts). No nights, weekends, holidays, or call required.
Case Mix: General, ortho, Healthy peds, some trauma, comfortable with OB preferred but not required
Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised, 1:5
# of OR's: 12
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
