Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide respiratory therapy to pediatric and neonatal patients in the NICU.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and nurses for optimized patient care plans.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility protocols.
\n
• Perform regular assessments and adjustments of ventilator settings as needed.
\n
• Conduct procedures such as aerosol therapies, bronchoscopy, and tracheostomy care.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant certifications and continuing education requirements.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with experience in NICU settings.
\n
• Must hold current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and RRT.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant critical care setting.
\n
• Experience with PICU preferred.
\n
• First-time travelers are welcome.
\n
• Strong clinical skills including comprehensive understanding of mechanical ventilation.
\n
