You're the face of the company in the home. Your job isn't just to fix plumbing problems - it's to deliver an outstanding customer experience and recommend solutions that are genuinely in the homeowner's best interest.
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
- Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally to homeowners
- Perform high-quality work that meets local code and company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and your team
- Manage your truck inventory and complete job documentation using company technology
- Consistently deliver 5-star service experiences
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License - Journeyman or Master required
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of your results
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
