- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing and heating systems
- Service and troubleshoot boilers, water heaters, hydronic heating systems, and related equipment
- Perform system upgrades, replacements, and new installations to the highest industry standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide professional recommendations
- Work independently while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and code compliance
- Collaborate with a strong support team to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Deliver outstanding customer service backed by leadership that supports your success
- 3+ years of residential plumbing and heating experience
- Active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License (required)
- Experience servicing, diagnosing, and installing residential heating systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic abilities and working knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing and heating codes
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
