House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

Searching for an experienced and detail oriented house keeper. First clean would be a deep clean followed by monthly recurring cleans. For the recurring cleanings, looking to have 3-4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and living room cleaned. Sweeping and mopping would be needed for each cleaning. If you could provide a vacuum for the rugs, that'd be great. We also would like laundry services as far as folding and putting away clothes.
