Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About the care needs: We have a separate downstairs two bedroom apartment. We would like somebody to live there. They could have another person or even a child with them Part of the salary would be the rent of the house. So something like free board plus $20, 000. This is the first Contact Ive madeThis is the first contact Ive made so I dont know even if thats reasonable. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
