Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need companion care to take care of my sister in Newark with Parkinson's. Providing medication management is required. Seeking someone to handle soft, non-dairy meal preparation for lunch as she has swallowing issues. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. I would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping (change bed sheets as needed). Caregiver must be a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
