Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Hi! Trying to find someone to be either a babysitter or part time nanny for our 9-month-old baby boy. Still sorting out schedules but ideally it would be from 10 a.m. until about 3 or 4pm, 2-3 days per week. The schedule would vary because of our jobs, but ideally 2-3 days per week and we would lock in a schedule at least 2 months early so that you ever screwed! Looking for someone with experience, who is good with nap schedules, etc.
