Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Please read: I am returning to work as a personal trainer, so the hours are general ranges. I would like to get childcare coverage for 2-4 hours / day, probably 3-5 days / week. Looking for a recurring nanny for a 10-month-old who is high energy and wanting to climb everything. Nanny would need to have their own car and be willing to potentially do transfers (can explain more if interested), is CPR certified and has childcare experience, and doesn't smoke or vape regularly. Ideally someone calm, energetic, creative, and not on their phone while nannying.
