About the Role:
The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in steering the financial strategy and operations within a healthcare and social assistance organization. This position is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving sustainable financial growth. The Finance Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop comprehensive financial plans that support organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. They will lead financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes to provide accurate and timely insights for decision-making. Ultimately, this role ensures the financial health and integrity of the organization, enabling it to deliver high-quality care and services effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare or social assistance sector.
- Proven expertise in managerial finance, financial accounting, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial audit processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing financial plans and corporate finance strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).

- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams in complex organizational environments.
