Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Part-Time to Full-Time | Marshfield Service Area

Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) + Holiday Rotation

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Provide primary, acute, and chronic care for adult and geriatric patients
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic testing within scope of practice
  • Coordinate care with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with specialty providers (e.g., wound care, psychiatry) for integrated care
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and facility staff regarding care plans and changes in condition
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships to support high-quality patient care
  • Support coverage every other weekend and holiday rotation

What You Bring

  • Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
  • Active DEA registration
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
