About Us
Positive Pathways ABA is a newly established ABA program that offers high-quality early intervention services within a childcare setting at Building Foundations Learning Academy, focusing on play-based, developmentally appropriate ABA for young children aged 2–5. We are launching our services with a small caseload and are looking for a BCBA to join us and grow with the program.
We invite a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical services on a contract basis. This role offers flexibility, part-time work, or an additional opportunity for a BCBA seeking to balance multiple commitments. As the clinical lead, you will have a small caseload (currently 2 clients), with potential for expansion as the program grows.
What You'll Do
- Initial ABA assessments to identify individual needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client
- Evaluate medical necessity and recommend appropriate services
- Supervise and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure clinical excellence
- Regularly review data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Foster collaboration with parents and caregivers as necessary
Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Early childhood experience, though not required, is a significant asset
Self-motivation and independence, with unwavering commitment to clinical integrity
Exceptional communication and documentation skills to ensure seamless service delivery
