Location: St. Louis, MO (Metro Area)

Compensation: $80,000 – $125,000 base salary + bonus opportunities

We are seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) to perform boundary and ALTA/NSPS surveys for a wide range of high-profile projects across the St. Louis region. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, engineers, contractors, attorneys, and local governments to deliver accurate, compliant survey solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct boundary and ALTA/NSPS surveys using established legal principles
• Perform boundary research, coordinate with field crews, and process survey data
• Complete traverse calculations, adjustments, and data reduction for accuracy
• Review and interpret title documents, assess encumbrances, and prepare legal descriptions and plats
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, legal teams, and government agencies
• Draft and finalize survey deliverables in AutoCAD

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in boundary and ALTA/NSPS surveys
• Current Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) license in Missouri and/or Illinois
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD
• Deep understanding of boundary law and surveying standards
• Ability to interpret title documentation and communicate findings clearly
