No previous automotive sales experience? No problem! If you have experience as a bartender, personal trainer, server, or hospitality professional, your transferable skills are exactly what we are looking for. We provide fully paid training for your first 60 days to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed!
What You'll Do (A Day in the Life)As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of the dealership, guiding customers through one of the most exciting purchases they will make. Your core responsibilities include:
Connect & Greet: Warmly approach and assist customers entering the showroom or sales lot.
Be the Expert: Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle features, safety specifications, and performance benefits to provide high-quality demonstrations.
Build Relationships: Utilize dealership systems to follow up with past and potential clients, building a strong, long-term personal database.
Close with Confidence: Follow Fox processes for smooth vehicle delivery and introduce customers to our top-tier service and parts departments.
Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales.
A proven track record of achieving or over-achieving performance goals.
Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented, enthusiastic personality.
Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.
A valid driver's license and the readiness to learn new products quickly.
