Salesforce Health Cloud Architect
Are you passionate about designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions that make a real impact? We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to lead the architecture, strategy, and evolution of a mission-critical healthcare platform supporting complex business operations.
In this role, you'll define the technical vision for Salesforce Health Cloud, translating business objectives into secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. You'll partner with developers, administrators, and third-party vendors to guide system architecture, integrations, data strategy, and platform best practices. This is an opportunity to influence the future of a rapidly evolving environment while driving innovation through proof-of-concept initiatives and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and integration strategies.
Lead technical direction for development teams and external partners.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
Define architecture standards, documentation, and governance.
Design secure data models, integrations, and security frameworks.
Support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software delivery.
Drive platform innovation through proof-of-concept solutions and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of application development experience, including 5+ years with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologies.
Proven technical leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
Salesforce Application Architect certification.
Experience with OmniStudio and government-regulated environments.
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
