We're looking for a dependable, organized Parts Manager to join our Riverside team. If you understand collision repair parts, enjoy keeping production moving, and take pride in supporting a busy shop, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Order and track collision repair parts accurately
• Source OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts
• Receive, inspect, and verify parts for accuracy and damage
• Manage returns, credits, and vendor communication
• Work closely with estimators and technicians to keep repairs on schedule
• Maintain an organized and efficient parts department
• Resolve parts issues quickly to minimize production delays

What We're Looking For

• Previous collision repair parts experience
• Strong knowledge of OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collision repair environment
