Job Location: Metairie near EJGH

Job type: Parttime 20 hours per week

Mon - Fridays 8 am to 12 Noon

Pay Rate: $16 to $20 range based on relevant experience

Jefferson Headache and Spine is looking for an empathetic, energetic Patient Care Technician to help us deliver exceptional, one-of-a-kind care to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for examinations and position patients comfortably.
• Clinical Monitoring: Accurately measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse), weights, and blood glucose levels.
• Specimen Collection: Collect routine lab specimens (blood urine) and safely transport them to the on-site lab.
• Clinic Support: Sanitize examination rooms between patients, restock medical supplies.
• Administrative Duties: Assist with Electronic Health Records (EHR) data entry and answering patient phone inquiries as needed. Assist Patients and doctor in clinic as assigned
