Our staffing firm is partnering with a premier, high-volume industrial fleet and aftermarket component distributor to hire a dedicated B2B Corporate Account Specialist. In this role, you aren't managing standard retail complaints—you are the vital link supporting commercial dealers, wholesale repair operations, and enterprise buyers nationwide.

You will handle high-volume business accounts, providing technical specification verification, processing specialized orders, and solving logistics challenges. This position is a perfect fit for a process-driven professional who balances rapid problem-solving with a polished corporate presence.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• B2B Account Support: Serve as the direct point of contact for corporate clients and commercial accounts, answering inquiries professionally via phone and digital channels.
• Specification & Fitment Verification: Navigate our comprehensive inventory databases to provide businesses with precise information regarding component dimensions, compatibility options, and active order statuses.
• Logistics & Order Management: Process high-volume commercial orders, complex product exchanges, and warranty returns with absolute tracking precision.
• Database Upkeep: Maintain accurate, up-to-date account records, special pricing logs, and client preference data within our central CRM system.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with our internal logistics and warehouse teams to resolve complex shipping timelines or multi-item supply requests smoothly.

What You Must Bring to the Table:

• B2B Experience: At least 2+ years of proven customer service experience specifically dealing with commercial accounts or business-to-business networks.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong computer skills, including comfort managing high-volume data within CRM systems, enterprise software, and Microsoft Office platforms.
• Fast-Paced Agility: The ability to learn deep, technical product catalogs quickly and multitask effectively when busy client pipelines surge.
• Reliability: A consistent, stable work history paired with dependable transportation to our professional corporate environment in the Carillon area of Pinellas County.
• Education: A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
