Store Managers earn between $92k to $100k, this includes base pay and bonus potential.

Duties include:

1) Providing prompt and courteous service.
2) Operating a cash register in an efficient and accurate manner.
3) Stock merchandise from receiving to shelving with product up to 45 pounds.
4) Operate equipment including hand jacks, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler.
5) General cleaning duties to keep store clean.
6) Basic Administrative duties filing, filling out forms, counting and basic math.
7) Verbal and written communication.
8) Work individually and as a team.
9) Supervise store personnel to assure the quality and completion of work.
10) Develop rapport, trust and open communication that enhances growth and job performance of store personnel.
11) Establish and execute action plans and goals.
12) Knowledge of /utilize store computers and related software.
