Assistant Manager Store Leader

We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Store Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day operations and activities of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team members
• Do the schedule for Team Members and Shift Leaders to ensure optimal efficiency and control labor cost
• Train and evaluate Team Members
• Track and perform daily and weekly check lists
• Resolve escalated guests complaints
• Do orders and keep store stocked at all times
• Communicate on a daily basis with the General Manager and ownership if necessary
• Cover emergency shifts when needed

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management position (At least 3 years)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
