Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately handle transactions, and help maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately (in-person and/or phone/online)
• Process payments (cash, card, digital payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized register and dining area
• Answer customer questions about menu items
• Assist with food running and basic prep if needed
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Follow all company policies and health regulations
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and money-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Team-oriented mindset

Work Schedule:

Flexible schedule with focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to [e.g., 25 lbs]
• Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
