sale rep and store manager

looking for a store manager and sales rep position for retail sales and managing stores . need at least 2-3 years experience . Need to be aggressive, sincere, trustworthy, self motivated. 

for sales rep position minimum wage - $15 n hour with 2- experience with commission up to 2000

for store manager its $19hr with goal money up to 3k a month
