About the Role:

Join Farmstead Creamery at NOBLE GOAT MILK PRODUCTS LLC, where we are dedicated to producing high-quality goat milk products. Located in the heart of Franklin, TN, this position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate team that values quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of the creamery, ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.
Participate in the production of goat milk products, including cheese and fudge.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with product packaging and labeling.
Engage with customers during farm tours and events, promoting our products.
Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Previous food prep and production is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work Mon-Fri and some Saturdays
Passion for sustainable farming and animal welfare.
