Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage appointment bookings and staff schedules efficiently.
- Train and mentor front desk staff to enhance service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and inviting front desk area as well as salon.
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies for the salon.

- Ensure compliance with salon policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a salon front desk role.
