Cafe / Retail Manager

As we enter our 25th year, Grooveground is seeking an experienced manager to grow our operations. We’re looking for personable, dynamic, results-driven leaders to work side-by-side with our team to exceed the expectations of our guests and prepare for an exciting 2026.

Candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position are welcome to apply. A foodservice or cafe background is preferred.

The position oversees the following areas:

• Budgeting
• Ordering & Inventory
• Employee Schedules & Staffing
• Retail and Event Management
• Staff Development
• General Operations & Store Standards
• Food and Beverage Operations
• Reopening, procedures, and systems implementation
• Miscellaneous assignments
