Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health (1099 PRN)
Home Therapy Innovations (HTI) is looking for a compassionate and dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a 1099 PRN basis. Enjoy a flexible schedule while providing one-on-one therapy services to patients in their homes.
Service Area: Primarily South Tampa, including areas in Midtown, Old West Tampa, Ybor City, and Seminole Heights.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Follow individualized care plans and document patient progress.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
- Travel within the assigned service area to provide quality home health care.
Requirements
- Current state PTA license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
