Deburr Technician - Now Hiring

We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Deburring Technician to join our team. This role requires strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform fine, intricate work on precision components.

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

• A Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• B Shift: Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
• C Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed deburring and finishing of precision-machined parts
• Inspect components to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
• Maintain consistent workflow and productivity
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to perform small, intricate work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Microsoft Office experience is a plus
