Bartender

A Cole Valley neighborhood bar serving amazing cocktails and west coast comfort food. Cole Valley Tavern is looking for an experienced, friendly bartender to join our team. We’re a busy neighborhood tavern that takes pride in great hospitality, craft cocktails, local beer, and quality food. We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting to know regulars, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere. What we’re looking for: Minimum 2 years bartending experience Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Team player with a positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to multitask during busy service while maintaining attention to detail California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or ability to obtain) What you’ll do: Craft quality cocktails, pour beer and wine, and provide exceptional service Build relationships with our neighborhood regulars Keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to provide a great guest experience Help maintain a fun, positive atmosphere every shift What we offer: Competitive hourly wage plus tips Consistent scheduling Staff meals Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to grow with a locally owned neighborhood restaurant If you love hospitality and want to work in one of San Francisco’s favorite neighborhood taverns, we’d love to meet you.
