Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in maintaining a well-organized and welcoming store.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 7–8 employees to achieve sales and service goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock replenishment
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and overall cleanliness
• Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Handle cash management, POS transactions, and daily reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience required (management experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Bilingual is a plus
