Animal Care Needed

I'm looking for a great sitter for 3 dogs. Please be active - playing and exercising are important and in the confines of my backyard. I ideally would love someone who can provide overnight care. You would be feeding them breakfast and dinner. You would be watering indoor and outdoor plants. Non-smoker. No excessive alcohol consumption or other inebriation while dog-sitting, please. You need your own transportation. No dog walks. Must be attentive to dogs that run away: 2 of the dogs love to try to run away. Must be attentive to dogs that get excessively excited when meeting new people. Must be trustworthy: you must be the only person in my home when with the dogs.
