Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My grandmother will be coming home from assisted living this weekend. She broke her hip and had surgery 2 years ago, and recovered fairly well, but she fell again back in February and had a set back. She is getting around fairly well, but we are looking for someone who can sit with her, take care of some household cleaning, and occasional cooking. About the care needs: No healthcare skills needed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
