Babysitter Needed

Seeking a nanny for our 4-month-old daughter in Mt. Juliet. Mom works from home full time, so we have some flexibility in days/hours, but ideally would like around 9:30-5:30 M-F. We would also consider 3 days per week for the right person. Also looking for assistance with light housekeeping while she's napping. We have three large dogs, so must be comfortable with pets.
