Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a nanny to help us out with our newborn baby. I will be going back to work in August and my husband is currently working. We are still establishing a routine with her, but we would need someone to help with her when I am working. I work as a rad tech at a hospital so my hours vary slightly on a day to day basis. I work either first shift (7-3:30) or second shift (3:30-12) so we would need someone to help with some flexibility. The second shift hours would mostly just be to bridge the gap until my husband gets home from work. For pets we have 2 dogs a Great Pyrenees Mix and a husky/pitty/staffy mix.
