Schedule\n12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Job Description\nJoin our fast-paced Trauma & General Surgery Inpatient Unit, a nationally recognized Comprehensive Bariatric Surgery Center. The unit provides care for multi-trauma, TBI, fractures, and general surgical patients, allowing nurses to practice at the top of their scope.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex medical and surgical conditions. \n
- Manage complex wound care, drains, devices, and chest tubes. \n
- Utilize respiratory support for patients, including those with traumatic injuries and spinal cord conditions. \n
- Collaborate with care management, surgical and medical services, rehabilitation services, and perioperative services. \n
- \n
- Active RN License. \n
- BLS Certification required. \n
- Must have Epic experience, Level 1 Trauma experience, and experience with a 1:6 patient ratio. \n
- Experience with complex wound care, traumatic injuries, and chest tubes is essential. \n
