Position Details

• Title: OB/GYN Physician
• Location: Troy, NY
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with shared call responsibilities
• Practice Setting: Hospital-affiliated outpatient and inpatient practice

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients.
• Manage prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions and disorders.
• Perform office-based and surgical gynecologic procedures.
• Conduct preventive health screenings and wellness examinations.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in shared call coverage and hospital duties.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Eligible for or currently holding a New York medical license.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based and patient-focused care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
• Robotic surgery experience preferred but not required.
• Interest in teaching, quality improvement, or women's health initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $320,000 – $450,000 annually (based on experience and productivity)
