The Role

As our Warehouse Associate, you are the heartbeat of our warehouse. You’ll ensure our partners and customers get exactly what they need, right when they need it. This isn't just about moving boxes; it’s about being an integral part of a smooth-running machine and helping us maintain the high standards our luxury brand is known for.

What You’ll Do:

• Master the Flow: Involved in the fulfillment process by accurately processing and packing orders for in a timely manner achiveing goals. Pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Preparing Pre-Pack for future orders.
• Brand Presentation: Assemble taste samples and informational kits that introduce our product to the world.
• Inventory Excellence: Manage inventory rotation and "pre-pack" levels to keep the warehouse running like clockwork.
• Maintanence: Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Team Support: Collaborate across departments to hit End-of-Day goals and contribute to special projects.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards
• Admin: Completes reports by entering required information, Assist with EOD reports when needed
• Team Work: Assist in other departments when needed and assisting fellow warehouse team

Who You Are:

• Detail-oriented and organized—nothing slips past you.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Physically capable of handling the hustle (lifting up to 50 lbs and operating a pallet jack).

Compensation: Starting at $33,000/year

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Valid driver's license
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Available to work: weekdays
