Nanny Needed

We need a nanny for our 1 child in Eatontown, NJ. And we're looking now! Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. Animal lovers please apply (we have 1 dog)! I am currently on maternity leave but looking to line up a long term nanny for when I return to work in October. I work from home so I will be in the home with you, just need the ability to focus in my office but know my girl is well cared for. My hope is to find someone long term that can even grow with our family should we decide to add to it. I am also open to shorter term help (few months minimum) for the right fit. The days can also be a bit flexible and open to doing 40 hours a week vs 32 as well.
