Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

My family is looking for a babysitter/nanny that can help our family. We have four amazing kiddos! My husband is a chiropractor and I help manage the clinic while stay home with our kiddos. I am looking for someone to help out during the week (flexible on these hours) and also provide date night (twice a month). I want to find someone that becomes part of our family and that wants to stay with our family long term!
