Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Altamont. We recently had twins and would need some help caring for them so my partner can go back to work. I will be in the home and then eventually going back to work myself. I work from home. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke cigarettes and who is comfortable with pets.
