Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Engineer Tech II to join their team. As a Quality Engineer Tech II, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting product complaint investigations and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Engineer Tech II

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $39.67

Shift: Mon-Fri | 8:00AM-5:00PM

What's the Job?

  • Provide hands-on technical support for product complaint investigations across multiple manufacturing facilities.
  • Analyze customer complaints, perform investigations, and document findings through detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to address ongoing product issues and CAPA investigations.
  • Engage with customers directly via conference calls and visits to understand product concerns and provide updates.
  • Analyze trend data to identify potential biases or recurring issues, supporting continuous quality improvement.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related STEM field from an accredited institution.
  • 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles, preferably within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with measurement and test equipment, and familiarity with medical device manufacturing processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
