Our client, an industry leader in telecommunications and infrastructure services, is seeking a dedicated Automotive Equipment Mechanic to join their team. As an Automotive Equipment Mechanic, you will be an essential part of the maintenance and repair operations supporting the company's fleet and vehicle services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Middlesex, VT
Pay Range: $40.00
Shift: TBD
What's the Job?
- Receive reports of trouble on company motor vehicles and perform testing, analysis, and repairs using standard automotive tools and procedures.
- Make adjustments, repairs, and replace motor equipment parts as necessary to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
- Complete administrative paperwork for each job to maintain accurate records.
- Work at a garage location, often exposed to dirt and grease, while adhering to safety practices and procedures.
- Perform duties in all weather conditions, supporting the company's operational needs.
What's Needed?
- Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to operate cars, trucks, vans, including manual transmissions.
- Experience or training in automotive or mechanical fields, such as vocational-technical school or military service.
- Physical ability to perform manual repairs and physical inspections.
- Willingness to work evening shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
