Job Description

The Urine Drug Screener / Administrative Assistant’s primary job responsibility is to observe urine drug screening services for clients. In addition to urine drug screening duties, the applicant will provide administrative support for the efficient operation of the office. This position is responsible for conducting urine drug screens on a daily basis in accordance with established chain-of-custody procedures, scheduling clients, maintaining records, maintaining out-of-office forms, monitoring and maintaining urine drug screening supplies, processing and closing client files, archiving records and inactive Redwood files, and shredding confidential documents in accordance with privacy and confidentiality standards, and preparing bus passes for clients.

Additional administrative support responsibilities include monitoring mailboxes and tracking systems, organizing resources and referral materials, filing and archiving documents, monitoring office supply quantity, and supporting staff with administrative tasks. The position also must maintain confidentiality of client information and company records, and provides assistance during building emergency situations, including fire alarm activations.

 

Minimum qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic computer proficiency and administrative skills.
